On Wednesday we learn different ways on how to relax.We have had hand massages, walks, relaxation, CD, Aromatherapy and craft. Sarah, our teacher, asked if my mother could come in and show us how to knit. We all had a lovely time knitting, talking and listening to Mum's life story. We finished with a beautiful afternoon tea.

Young girls wrap themselves tightly
in bright smiles and dinim.
no more patent leather
and pigtails here.
They suck in coffee,
with great indifference,
their young thighs
weapons they have cooked,
hardly comprehending
in suggestion
Tight, dark, dark blue
wrangler jeans
and lonely smile like
latent prophecies.
Love coffee and food at Dome Cafe, breakfast, lunch and coffee anytime with my sister, when she down from Perth. We go to the Dunsborough and Busselton Dome Cafe.
